Overview of 11+

  • 300 million registered players, referee’s and technical staff
  • 40 million female football players
  • Consistent implementation of  “11+” can reduce injury by 30-50%
  • Teams that performed 11+ regularly at least twice a week had 37% fewer training injuries and 29% match injuries.
  • Severe injuries were reduced to almost 50%
